Custom Packs
Customers may have a variety of products which do not lend
themselves to totally clear packaging. Consequently we also
provide a fully bespoke service. This can comprise Carton
board, Box board, Polypropylene
sheet and/or other plastic manufacturing processes such
as thermoforming or vacuum forming.
Trays with lids or sleeves
Trays can be made in folding Carton board or Box board. These
can be supplied flat, part glued or fully erected. They can
have plinths in card or plastic form, or may just have a card
insert as required for best aesthetic presentation of your
goods.
Internal fitting slip lids (with rounded corners on leading
edges to assist insertion), external lids with glued or self-assembly
corners, or sleeves can be made to fit these packs.
Dependant upon quantity, this style of pack can be printed
with your artwork or be supplied in plain colours, or even
left white.
Rigid trays
These can be supplied plain or covered with printed or embossed
paper to your requirements. Inserts and lids or sleeves as
above.

Window boxes and cartons
A more complicated, but very effective pack is achieved by
using window packs. Window boxes combine the benefits of stacking
capability and transit protection with the visibility that
goes with clear PVC packs. Window boxes allow you to see the
contents without taking off the lid or prejudicing the integrity
of your product sealing.
We manufacture and fit both single panel windows and multiple
side drop windows (shown below). These can be fitted into
all types of boxes or regular cartons with suitable apertures
for both flat packs and glued packs. |

Window
packs allow you to have the structural integrity of a stiff
carton-board or box-board pack, but with a good visibility panel
to let the customers see what they're buying. They permit a
degree of stiffness not achievable with regular thin film acetate
windows.
These windows are designed to fit your packs on an individual
basis and can be profiled to match apertures. They can have
location features included to allow you to use automated pick
and place gluing equipment or remain as regular profiles to
allow manual fitment to your pack. |
